This is our border with LeafClan. Here, the trees are mixed with moors and bare windy ground. The prey is plentiful. Even in leaf-bare, there are always squirrels out looking for nuts and mice trying to find their dens.

(I'm hunting here)*Sniffs the air* "I think I smell mouse..." *Silently stalks a plump mouse bending over, intent on it's own food.* st*pid mouse!
*Gets ready to leap, then pounces on it, killing it with a swift bite to the neck* "st*pid mouse! a kit could have caught it!" *Scrapes earth over it to keep for later.*

Rosestar sniffs the air. Rabbit! She spots it trying to get its behind into its den. st*pid creature! Rosestar slowly stalks the rabbit and pounced. She sank her claws into its backside. Ew! Rosestar thought. She bent down and picked up the rabbit. Hunting was good. She looked at the leaves. They were turning orange and yellow. Leaf-fall's coming. She thought.

*Carefull stalks it, then leaps towards it* "Oh no you don't!" I yell as the squirrrel started to run up the tree.*Shoots up the side of the tree and kills the squirrel. Paws earth over it so I can get it later*

(Yeah that is how they say spring) "Oh, hi Flametail!" *Accidentally scares a sparrow* "Fox dung!" Rosestar cried, and she ran after it and pounced. But she was a second too late and paws hit the ground.
